Nigerian indigenous digital satellite TV service, TStv Africa, has announced plans to roll out pay-per-view services as it begins full operation October 1. Bright Echefu, the Chief Executive Officer of TStv Africa, disclosed this to journalists on Monday at the head office of the company in Abuja.
