The Court of Appeal in Enugu State has upheld the ruling of an Election Petition Tribunal, which sacked House of Representatives member Simon Atigwe. Mr. Atigwe, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), represents Igbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency.
