Operatives of the Department of State Services have arrested a woman who stole an eight-day-old twin, Ibrahim Mohammed, from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital, Bauchi and recovered the baby. The Punch reports that the twin boy who has stolen about six days ago from the ward of the hospital had been reunited with her family.
