Chimamanda Adichie, award-winning novelist, accompanied Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the last elections, to the presidential election petition court on Tuesday. Datti Baba-Ahmed, the LP vice presidential candidate, was also present in court alongside other political associates and supporters. Adichie openly canvassed support for the LP candidate during the 2023 electioneering campaigns.
