Good Governance Initiative, has urged Abians to support the governoship candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Engr. Enyinnaya Nwafor.
The Deputy Director General of the group, Iroha Awa made the call in Umuahia while speaking with journalists, noting that Nwafor is the best bet for Abia state in 2023 general election.
He said Nwafor is credible and about the most qualified of all the candidate who is prepared for the governorship.
“We need someone with a track record that is capable of transforming Abia State. Enyinnaya Nwafor is a competent leader with enormous capacity needed to transform and develop our state.
Awa said Nwafor meets much of the conditions being a seasoned technocrat, philanthropist and businessman.
“In our strong opinion, Enyinnaya Nwafor is the most prepared candidate with the right appeal across the senatorial districts to unite a fragmented Abia.
“Who else is better than him? We are convinced that he can reshape and return Abia to its economic prominence. Supporting him will bring Abia to desired socioeconomic status.”
