Babachir Lawal, former secretary to the government of the federation (SGF), says the All Progressives Congress (APC) must create an enabling environment for aspirants to contest for the presidency in 2023.   Gov. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto State on Saturday visited former President Olusegun Obasanjo at the latter's Presidential Library Complex in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. After more than one and half an hour private session with the octagenerian, Gov.
