The presidential panel investigating the suspended acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Mr Ibrahim Magu, on Friday submitted its report to the President, Muhammadu Buhari. The resignation of Egwu Chidiebere, from Umahi’s government was made known on Thursday. The kidnappers of five brothers in Pegni community in Kuje Area council have demanded for N30 million ransom before the victims will be set free. Daily trust had reported that kidnappers had invaded a housing estate in Pegni around 11pm and abducted five brothers named Jubril Abdullateef, 22; Sherifat Abdullateef, 20; Muyidat Abdullateef, 13; Nura Abdullateef, 18; and Nahimat Abdullatee, 9. The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said there is no court order stopping its new membership registration.
