Raining Direct Curses On Someone Online Is Criminal Offence, Punishable, Says FPRO
The Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has described the act of raining direct curses on individuals online as a criminal offence punishable under the law. According to Adejobi, such an act is cyber bullying which goes beyond the freedom of expression or criticism.
