A former minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr Mahmud Tukur, has died. He died in the early hours of Friday. He was the first Vice-Chancellor of Bayero University, Kano and also a former director of Cadbury Nigeria. Close family members confirmed the death to THE WHISPERER. Dr Tukur was a close associate of President Muhammadu Buhari. A man identified as Ahmed Saka, has set ablaze the room of his ex-lover, Mutiat Oladele, leading to her death and her two children in Ibadan, Oyo State.
