75-year-old grandpa arrested with skunk in Abia - NDLEA The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested a 75-year-old, Felix Nnanna, with a 1.6kg skunk, a strain of cannabis. Mr Nnana was arrested during a raid at Umunteke Asa, Ukwa West Local Government Area (LGA) in Abia. The Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has withdrawn the invitation extended to the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi.
