An Ibadan High Court presided over by Justice Ladiran Akintola, Wednesday granted an order of interim injunction restraining the Departmen of State Services (DSS) and other security agencies from arresting, detaining, molesting or killing Yoruba Nation activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo (aka Sunday Igboho). The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has reiterated that youths from the South-East do not want to remain as citizens of Nigeria. Mike Ozekhome, Senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN), has said the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) cannot treat Abba Kyari, a Deputy Commissioner of police (DCP), like a common criminal. The Police Service Commission, PSC, has approved the suspension of Abba Kyari, a deputy commissioner of police, from service over bribery and fraudulent allegations made against him by the FBI.
