A Federal High Court in Abuja has nullified the governorship primary election held on May 29 by the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Abia State. Justice Binta Nyako, in a judgement on Thursday, ordered that the party conducts a fresh primary election be conducted within 14 days. Justice Mobolaji Olajuwon of the Federal High Court, Abuja has sentenced the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Usman Baba to three months in prison for disobeying a court order.
