The Second Niger Bridge has been opened to vehicular movement, in line with the federal government’s plan to ease traffic in the south-east during the festive season. The former Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, has accused the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of being responsible for his travails at the London Court where he is in detention.
