Arising from a stakeholders and opinion leaders’ meeting last weekend at Okagwe, the Ohafia community in Abia State constituted a 13-man caretaker committee to revive the Ohafia Improvement Union (OIU), which is the developmental arm of the community. In a communiqué issued after the meeting, held at the residence of Chief Umeh Kalu, SAN, Chief Fab Uche was appointed the Interim President General of the Union, with Uma Ntima as the Secretary.
