A detailed medical report has emerged alleging that Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, wife of Senator Ned Nwoko, has been battling severe substance abuse involving cocaine, marijuana, alcohol and other hard drugs. The report issued by Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja and signed by its Managing Director/Head of Clinical Services, Dr. Adekunle Adesina, covers her detoxification programme from September 9 to October 15, 2025.
