The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) President-elect. Prof Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman of the commission, pronounced Tinubu President-elect at exactly 4:10am on Wednesday.
