Eminent lawyer, Etigwe Uwa (SAN) has congratulated the Managing Director of Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC), Dr. Chidia Maduekwe on the occasion of his 69th birthday. Uwa, in a birthday message signed by him on Saturday in Abuja hailed Maduekwe's outstanding leadership qualities. He said, "Kaa sir. Happy birthday.
