The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has adopted 140 as the minimum cut-off mark for degree awarding institutions for the 2022 admission process. After a mild disagreement, an ongoing meeting between JAMB and heads of tertiary institutions also adopted 100 as the cut-off mark for polytechnics and colleges of education for the admission year. The founder and proprietor of Gregory University Uturu Prof Gregory Ibe has decried the recent withdrawal of the accreditation status of Abia State Polytechnic Aba by the National Board for Technical Education(NBTE). Head, Public Affairs and Protocol, JAMB, Fabian Benjamin, said this in a statement on Saturday.
