Candidate of the Labour Party for Arochukwu/ Ohafia Federal Constituency for this year’s general elections, Chief Ibe Okwara Osonwa, has received massive support from the people of the constituency.
Osonwa, is a renowned financial expert.
Speaking on behalf of members of a non-political group, Aro-Ohafia Solidarity Forum, Chief Chukwuemeka Awa, noted that members of the group were very much ready to mobilise support for Osonwa, because of the numerous support he has been rendering to constituents over the years.
Awa, further stated that it will amount to being insensitive if the majority of the constituents fail to vote for Ibe Okwara Osonwa to effectively represent the constituency.
He said:”Despite the fact that he is yet to hold any political office, Osonwa, has been giving scholarship to our children, he has organized series of medical support for senior citizens of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency and so many others
“Aside the aforementioned, Osonwa is youth friendly and very accessible. We need a vocal and eloquent representative to give our people the voice they deserve in Abuja. It is pertinent we unite and support him massively in next month election.
“For us a people, we strongly believe that somebody who has done so much for the constituency should be given maximum support to actualise his aspiration of representing the constituency at the Federal House of Representatives in Abuja by voting massively for him during the election slated for next month.”
