A former Managing Director of Diamond Bank, Alex Otti, has picked the gubernatorial nomination form of the All Progressive Congress (APC) for Abia State.
Mr Otti was the governoship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in the 2019 governoship election in Abia State.
He also contested the 2015 gubernatorial election in Abia State under the All Progressives Grand Alliance where he finished second behind incumbent Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu.
Ferdinand Ekeoma, his aide on media and publicity, wrote on facebook, “Earlier this evening, the man God is going to use to place Abia on the pedestal of unprecedented socioeconomic development, Dr. Alex Otti OFR picked his governorship nomination form at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.
“God knows that Abians are very expectant of an Abia that would reasonably meet their expectations and needs, and thus would bless us with our best who would passionately and sincerely re-write our chequered history
“Think Abia becoming a progressive model in the comity of states…..Think Alex Otti.”
