Rep Ibe Okwara Osonwa Congratulates Governor Otti on 60th Birthday
The member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
