PHOTOS: Akpabio’s Aide, Ikenna Ukwa, Meets Abiriba APC Leaders In Aba

Chief Hon. Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa, the Senior Legislative Aide to the Senate President of Nigeria, yesterday, Saturday, 1st February 2025, met with APC stakeholders from Abiriba residing in Aba.

The familiarization meeting, held at Panyu Hotel and Suites in Aba, aimed to strategize on strengthening the party and unifying its members for future election victories.

Chief Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa, while speaking, emphasized the need to build connections and address key concerns within the party that would help it move forward. He also expressed his willingness to offer support within the ambit of his power for the development of Ohafia and beyond.

The APC stakeholders, in their respective speeches, thanked him for convening the meeting and for his tremendous efforts in attracting impactful projects to Ohafia, including the solar-powered streetlights already installed in some communities in Ohafia, as well as his educational support programs and distribution of academic materials and customized exercise books to pupils and teachers in primary and secondary schools in Ohafia, Nkporo, and Abiriba.

The strategic meeting demonstrates Chief Ikenna Ukwa’s commitment to the growth and expansion of the APC in Ohafia, even as the stakeholders pledged their support for his efforts.

Prominent among the stakeholders who attended the meeting include Hon. Engr. George Nnanna Kalu, former Commissioner for Works and former ASOPADEC Commissioner, and an APC stalwart in Ohafia LGA; Prince Obasi Uba, a leader in APC in Ohafia LGA; Hon. Sir Abraham Oba, former two-time House of Assembly member and Minority Leader, Abia State House of Assembly; Hon. Joy K. Agwara, former Commissioner in Abia State; and Benjamin Ezikpe, among others.
