It has come to our notice that a few persons are illegally attempting to trade some portions of the lands generally owned by Okagwe community.
It is expedient that we raise this alarm at this moment, to avoid anyone falling victim.
We hereby state clearly that no one has the permission/right to sell any portion of Okagwe communal lands, as no power of attorney is given to any individual or group of persons to carry out such transactions on Ali Oha of Okagwe Ohafia.
Kindly beware of such dubious activities, and do not hesitate to expose it.
Whoever purchases any portion of Okagwe Ohafia communal land (Ali Oha), does that at his/her own risk, as that will certainly be retrieved.
Please be properly guided and do your due diligence in the process of any land transaction within Okagwe Ohafia.
We are committed and still very much in the process of restoring sanity, normalcy and peace in our beloved community, and will not leave any stone unturned.
