Abia born legal luminary, Etigwe Uwa SAN FCIArb has congratulated the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti on the occasion of his 59th birthday anniversary.
Uwa in a birthday message signed by him and made available to The Whisperer on Sunday in Abuja, appreciated God for the life of the Abia governor.
He said: “Happy birthday Your Excellency. I join numerous Abians and other well wishers in thanking God for your life.
“Your advent at the helm of affairs in Abia State like many of your past endeavors has ushered in fresh perspectives in governance and you have pushed and are constantly pushing the boundaries. The bar of leadership has been raised and we are all grateful to God for this new dawn in our state.
