BREAKING: Akpabio Announces New Senate Minority Leader, Minority Whip
A former Minister of Interior, Senator Abba Moro has emerged the Senate Minority Leader.
His appointment was made known at the plenary on Tuesday, by the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio.
Akpabio also announced Osita Ngwu (PDP, Enugu West) as Senate Minority Whip.
Lawmakers in the Peoples Democratic Party agreed to zone the position to the North-Central to allow for fairness and equity.
