The Court of Appeal, Lagos Division has dismissed the appeal filled by Mao Ohuabunwa challenging the tribunal judgment affirming the victory of Orji Uzor Kalu as the lawmaker representing Abia North Senatorial District.
The court on Thursday ruled that appellants woefully failed to prove disenfranchisement, while the respondents proved that elections held in all polling units and tendered form EC40G to explain why there were no voting in the affected polling units.
