Lawmaker representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Chief Ibe Okwara Osonwa has reassured his constituents that he will always represent them diligently without any form of discrimination at the lower chamber of the National Assembly.
Osonwa made the remarks when he hosted the leadership of Association of Old Bende Ladies at his National Assembly office on Friday.
According to him, promoting action policies and programmes that trigger the economic well-being of his constituents regardless of the person’s ethnicity, gender or religious affiliation remains his priority.
Hon. Osonwa also used the opportunity to appreciate the women of his constituency for their continuous support and also briefed them on his achievements in office, promising to continue to champion life changing legislation and facilitate impactful initiatives to better his constituents and Nigerians.
He pledged his total support to the women, promising to always identify with them at all times.
“I stand before you as your representative. I represent everyone in Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency. My pledge is to provide quality representation, serve my people diligently and champion life changing legislation and facilitating impactful initiatives and programmes for the people,” he said.
Chief Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Laura Nwankwo, President of Association of Old Bende Ladies appreciated the lawmaker for receiving them, pledging their total support to him.
