The National Election Petition Tribunal in Umuahia on Monday dismissed the petition filed against the declaration of Hon. Ginger Onwusibe as winner of the February 25 Isialangwa North/Isialangwa South Federal Constituency election.
The petitioner, Chijioke Ikpo of the All Progressive Congress (APC), had approached the court to challenge the victory of Onwusibe of the Labour Party.
