Abia gov aspirant, Kalu Ijomah Ukeh, dumps APC

Confirming his resignation to THE WHISPERER, Ijomah Ukeh, said he arrived at this decision after consultations with family, friends and associates.

A governorship hopeful, Mr Kalu Ijomah Ukeh, has resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress in Abia State.

Recall that recently, a former House of Representatives member, Arua Arunsi alongside other chieftains like Amobi Ogah, Agu Ndukwe Orji and their supporters were said to have dumped the party ahead of the 2023 general election.

Confirming his resignation to THE WHISPERER, Ijomah Ukeh, said he arrived at this decision after consultations with family, friends and associates.

“With all sense of humility and respect, I have resigned from the ruling All Progressives Congress.

“I took the decision after wide consultations with my family, political associates and my supporters.

I left because of the crisis rocking the party. The Court cases are over 200 and a certain member of the party has hijacked everything,” he said.
