THE Founder and President of One Love Foundation and human rights activist, Chief Patrick Eholor, Friday, who sued the Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Mohammed Bello, and the Nigerian Police force for banning all EndSARS protests in Abuja in an ongoing fundamental enforcement rights suit at the FCT High Court in Apo, Abuja is now scheduled for definite hearing and adoption of all court processes on the 3rd March 2022.
This was made known by the legal counsel for Patrick Eholor, Ihensekhien Samuel Jnr, who filed the said suit at the FCT High Court.
Samuel Jnr said: “This suit was filed to challenge the ban by fct minister sometime in 2020 over the ban on EndSARS protest in Abuja by the Minister of FCT, Muhammed Bello, and the Nigerian Police Force and the court has communicated to all parties, that the case is now scheduled for definite hearing and adoption of all process on the 3rd March 2022.
