BREAKING: Unknown Hoodlums Attack Police Station In Abia, Raze Down Building

The Nigerian Police Force keeps undergoing a barrage of violent attacks as unknown gunmen on Wednesday night attacked Bende police station in Bende local government area of Abia state, razing down the entire building.

According to ABN TV, This is the fourth public facility that has come under attack in the state in the last 72 hours.

THE WHISPERER  reported how INEC and NDLEA offices in Ohafia local government area was set on fire in the early hours of Monday and Tuesday respectively.

The recurring pattern of attacks on government facilities in the South-South and South-East region have continued to raise concern on the general safety of citizens who may be caught in the crossfire between the attackers and the security operatives.

The wanton attacks continue to question the capacity of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to protect lives and properties in the region and the country at large.

Governors of the southern states met in Asaba, Delta State on Tuesday to deliberate on the worsening security situation plaguing the region. The gathering rose to demand that President Buhari address the nation on the challenges confronting the entire country, as well as banned open grazing across the three regions.

THE WHISPERER had reported how two divisional police stations in Akwa Ibom State suffered various degrees of attacks by unknown gunmen on Wednesday morning.
