Multi billion naira Royal Palm Estate along Akachi road is said to be owned by Mrs Nkechi Okorocha, former First Lady of Imo State.
The estate is one of the numerous choice property recovered from former Governor Rochas Okorocha, now the Senator representing Imo West by Governor Hope Uzodinma.
