Mendy returns to Chelsea after suffering injury while on international duty with Senegal

Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy has been ruled out of Senegal's upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in an injury scare for the Blues. Mendy sustained a thigh injury during training ahead of Friday's Afcon qualifier in Morocco. The Chelsea goalkeeper has left Senegal's national team camp and is back in London with Chelsea. English premier league club, Manchester United have signed Brazil left-back Alex Telles on a four-year deal from Porto, with the option of a further year.
