Mr Frank Nweke Jnr, a former Minister of Information, has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Enugu State. Nweke was unveiled officially on Thursday at the party secretariat in Enugu.
