The Abia State Chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), on Friday released details for the conduct of fresh governorship primary election in the state following the death of Prof. Uchenna Ikonne. Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had given the party 14 days to conduct another primary election based on the provisions of the New Electoral Act on the replacement of candidates arising from death.
