Aba North/Aba South Bye-election: PDP candidate casts vote, says he is confident of victory

The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the ongoing Aba North/Aba South Federal Constituency bye-election, Chimaobi Ebisike has expressed confidence of winning the election. Speaking after casting his vote, Ebisike said the report he is receiving from different centres indicate that the PDP is in clear lead. “I have never had any doubt of winning this election. The Governor has done so well that the people are eager to repay his Party and my humble self with victory. So I’m not surprised that reports from the fields indicate we are leading”, he said.
