Hon Legor Idagbo, has formally defected from the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). Tribunal affirms PDP winner of C’River north senatorial by-election, upholds Sen Odey’s victory The Cross River State Elections Petition Tribunal sitting in Calabar has affirmed PDP winner of December 5, 2021 north senatorial by-election and subsequently upheld the victory of Stephen Odey of the PDP. Kalu MBA Nwoke (Etiokwe), from the party for alleged anti-party activities, conspiracy, causing violence and flagrant violations of the APC Constitution. APC Suspends Sharada,  Hon Sha’aban Ibrahim Sharada, a House of Representatives member who has been critical of Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, has been suspended by the All Progressives Congress in Municipal Local Government Area of Kano State. Sharada, who represents Kano Municipal in the lower legislative chamber of the National Assembly, was suspended for a year. The Ogun State All Progressive Congress (APC), Caretaker Committee’s treasurer, Adekunbi Banjoko is dead. The Party’s Publicity Secretary, Mr. Tunde Oladunjoye, made the announcement in a statement on Monday, in Abeokuta, capital of Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria.
