Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency is one of the eight federal constituencies that maker up Abia State. The constituency has two local government areas with about eight clans. Group General Manager in charge of shipping at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Inuwa Waya, has announced his decision to voluntarily retire from the corporation in December this year.
