Social media giant, Facebook, has banned the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu. The whisperer reports that the account of the IPOB Leader on Facebook was suspended on Tuesday, 2 February, 2021. Reason for suspension of Kanu’s account by the popular social media platform is yet to be made known. Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has reiterated his administration’s commitment to protecting lives and properties of Abians. The Commissioner for Information in the state, John Kalu, said in a statement on Monday that the Abia State Government condemned “without reservations, the activities of criminal herdsmen suspected to have masterminded recent brazen kidnap of innocent citizens around Abia North Senatorial Zone of the State”.
