Hon. Jarigbe Agom, the member representing Ogoja/ Yala federal constituency of Cross River State has been declared Senator elect by the Supreme Court. The Apex Court ruled that Senator Stephen Odey was invalidly nominated as the candidate of the PDP in the Cross River North Senatorial Bye election.
