Troops of the Nigerian Army have just rescued 180 kidnapped students of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanization, Afaka, Igabi local govt area of Kaduna State. PPPRA deletes template announcing petrol price increase The Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) has deleted a petrol pricing template announcing an increase in the retail price of petrol. The template, published on its website on Thursday night, was deleted on Friday morning amid the outrage over the price increase. Niger State Governor Abubakar Sani-Bello has said that criminals posing as repentant bandits tricked the state to believe they have repented to get more money to buy weapons for their heinous attacks.
