A village head and 11 others have been killed in bandit attacks on communities in Sokoto and Kaduna respectively. The village head of Tunga and two others in Illela local government area of Sokoto state were killed when marauders attacked the village during sunset prayers on Wednesday. A policeman has shot and killed his colleague in Aba, Abia State while attempting to make an arrest, THE WHISPERER has learned.
