Frank Akpan, the Uyo based young man who is alleged to have carried out the gruesome murder of the innocent job seeker, Hiny Umoren, was this morning found dead in his cell. According to Newsline naija, He had hung himself using his trousers by tying it to the metal frame of his cell door. Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo on Wednesday dissolved the state’s executive council, and sacked 20 of the 28 commissioners in the cabinet. The governor however, retained other commissioners. The Nigerian Army has arrested Awurum Eze, the Second in Command to the late IPOB/ESN leader, Ikonso, in Aba, Abia State.
