The ECOWAS Community Court of Justice sitting in Abuja has given the Nigerian government 30 days to respond to the suit filed by One Love Foundation seeking damages and orders to prevent the government from gagging the media. The Inspector-General of Police has ordered a review of the allegations against Abba Kyari, a Deputy Commissioner of Police. Kyari has been accused of being bribed by suspected billionaire fraudster, Abbas Ramon, also known as Hushpuppi, but he denied the allegation. A United States' Court has issued a warrant of arrest for Nigeria’s Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, over his role in serial internet fraudster, Ramon Abbas, more commonly Hushpuppi’s multi-million naira fraud probe.
