President Muhammadu Buhari has approved new security measures for the Southeast and South-South regions of the country. Unknown gunmen have attacked a Deeper Life Church in Irese, Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo state. According to SaharaReporters, the pastor of the church, Pastor Otamayomi Ogedengbe was also abducted by the gunmen who invaded the church around 9pm. The wife of the Pastor confirmed the incident. She said they went to the church together for a programme when the gunmen stormed the church and abducted her husband.
