The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has reiterated that youths from the South-East do not want to remain as citizens of Nigeria. Mike Ozekhome, Senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN), has said the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) cannot treat Abba Kyari, a Deputy Commissioner of police (DCP), like a common criminal. The Police Service Commission, PSC, has approved the suspension of Abba Kyari, a deputy commissioner of police, from service over bribery and fraudulent allegations made against him by the FBI. The ECOWAS Community Court of Justice sitting in Abuja has given the Nigerian government 30 days to respond to the suit filed by One Love Foundation seeking damages and orders to prevent the government from gagging the media.
