Dowen College: 5 Students, 3 Housemasters in Police Custody Over Sylvester Oromoni’s Death The Lagos State Police Command has detained five students and three housemasters of Dowen College, Lekki, Lagos, over the death of Sylvester Oromoni Jnr.
