Precious Chikwendu, was on Monday docked in a Federal High Court, Abuja for the attempted murder of her former husband, Femi Fani-Kayode. The police charged Ms Chikwendu before Justice Inyang Ekwo with attempted culpable homicide. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has released video evidence against the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari. NDLEA showed footage of Kyari trying to bribe one of its operatives in a bid to carry out a drugs heist in the country. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Monday declared suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, wanted over alleged links with an international drug cartel. The spokesperson for NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, made the announcement during a short press conference held at its Headquarters. The decision came amidst the Hushpuppi scandal. Kyari, until his suspension by the commission, was the officer-in-charge of the Inspector-General of Police Intelligence Response Team.
