A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has ordered the Nigerian Immigration Services (NIS) to release the international passport of former Rivers State Governor, Dr Peter Odili, to him Justice Inyang Ekwo gave the order on Monday following a fundamental rights enforcement suit by filed by Odili to challenge the confiscation of his international traveling documents by Immigration officials. 250 bandits killed, 600 captured since network was shut down in Zamfara, others The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Gen. Lucky Irabor, says security agencies have so far neutralised 250 bandits and captured over 600 since the interruption of communication facilities in Zamfara, parts of Niger, Sokoto and Kaduna states.
