Uche Emerges Chairman As NBA Ohafia Branch Elects New Executives

The Nigerian Bar Association, Ohafia Branch on Friday elected new executives to manage the affairs of the branch for the next two years. The returning officer, Uma Ezera announced Oko Ebe Uche as the new Chairman of the branch having scored the highest number of votes. The NBA Ohafia also elected Ufere Ufere Onyike as Vice Chairman and Obinna Noble Obasi as Secretary. Others are Eke Odiba, Assistant Secretary; Emma Okoronkwo, Treasurer; Nkechi Iro Onwuka, Social/Publicity Secretary; Iro Ogbuabia, Legal Adviser. The newly-elected Executive Committee members were inaugurated after the election held at Umeh Kalu Bar Centre, Ebem Ohafia.

2023: Kwankwaso Visits Wike In Port Harcourt (Photos)

Presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso on Friday paid a visit to Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike in Port Harcourt. While the meeting’s purpose is yet unclear, it may not be unconnected to the 2023 general elections.
