Katsina Commissioner Shot Dead By Unknown Gunmen The Science and Technology Commissioner of Katsina State, Dr. Rabe Nasir, has been killed by unidentified gunmen, THE WHISPERER reports. Mr Nasir was assassinated at his residence located at Daura Road, GRA, Katsina metropolis.
